Foundations
June Keibler and Rich Guerard have joined the Conservation Foundation as members of the board of trustees as a result of their previous affiliation with the Fox Valley Land Foundation, which merged with The Conservation Foundation in October. Each will serve three year terms.

Rick Wright has been named CEO of Adventist LaGrange Memorial Hospital. With more than 27 years of senior health care experience, Wright was previously senior vice president at Gordon Hospital, also an Adventist hospital, in Calhoun, Ga.

Brian Knier has been named director of strategic development for Oakbrook Terrace-based marketing and communications agency David James Group. He will also serve as the director of marketing for a DJG client, the Society of Women Engineers.

Paul Klobucher has been named president of Bloomingdale-based Thomas Interior Systems, a full-service office planning and furnishings firm, succeeding his father, Tom Klobucher, the firm’s past president and founder, who will assume the role of chief executive officer, responsible for continuing to develop the company’s strategies, mission and vision.

Mark A. Shapiro, a 25-year veteran of the consumer packaged goods industry, has been named president and chief executive officer of Gladson Interactive, a provider of shelf management data and online product images and information. He succeeds Mike Spindler.
