Paulette Dyon has joined Suburban Bank & Trust as vice president/compliance officer, in Wheaton. Dyon, who has more than 25 years banking experience, comes from Wheaton Bank & Trust, where she was consumer lending officer.

McCarthy of Elmhurst has authored “Choosing Project Success—A Guide for Building Professionals.” The book explains needed management and technical subjects for building professionals who already have achieved success and want to learn more. McCarthy has 36 years of construction experience and is the owner of the commercial general contracting firm J.F. McCarthy, in Westchester.
