Nanette Traetow has joined the DuPage Convention & Visitors Bureau as director of marketing and communications. She will manage all print and electronic communications projects and will help develop and implement the Bureau’s overall strategic marketing plan.

Darryl McCormick had been appointed banking center manager for Citizens Financial Bank in Bolingbrook. He has 13 years banking experience and is an active member of the Bolingbrook Chamber of Commerce.

Thomas R. Bolduc has been named president and chief executive officer of Benchmark Bank. Benchmark’s main office is located in Aurora.

William R. McManaman has assumed the duties of chief executive officer for Rockford-based Amcore Financial, Inc., which has numerous branches in the suburbs. He succeeds long-time CEO Kenneth E. Edge.

Jeffrey Noblitt has been appointed director of marketing and communications for Waubonsee Community College.

Todd Lucich has joined Bison Gear & Engineering Corp. as vice president of sales. Lucich has more than 27 years experience in the power transmission industry.

Dwayne Gillian has been promoted to residential services group leader for V3 Companies, in Woodridge. Theodore Feenstra, Jr. has been appointed director of land development services for V3 Companies. Both men are partners in the firm.

Nolan Day has been named senior marketing director for Aurora-based Lyon Workspace Products, LLC.

Tim Cook has joined Burr Ridge-based MarketSense—a marketing communications, Web development and lead management firm—as account director. Ramon Goris has joined MarketSense as account manager.

Frederick Paulman and Darrell B. Jackson have been named to The Morton Arboretum’s board of trustees, in Lisle.

Mark Buczek has been hired as co-owner and managing partner of Sierra Studios, in East Dundee. Sierra Studios provides conceptual design, commercial photography, graphic production and large-format printing.

David Petersen has been named chief operating officer for NAI Hiffman. Petersen will have direct responsibility for the support staff, human resources, fiscal performance, marketing, research, business development and strategic planning for all of the firm’s business lines.
