Pillars honors Leaders Bank

Oak Brook-based Leaders Bank has received the Pillars Diamond Sponsorship Award, marking the second consecutive year it has been awarded for its major business contribution. The award was presented to Leaders at the Pillars Ball 28, “Magia de Mexico.” Pillars CEO John Shustitzky praised the bank for its outstanding partnership and support for Pillars through its donation to the annual fund-raiser.

ACG Chicago cites McDonald’s

The Association for Corporate Growth Chicago has selected Oak Brook-based McDonald’s Corporation as recipient of the Outstanding Corporate Growth Award for 27-28. ACG Chicago selected McDonald’s for its iconic status in the business community and its global resurgence.

Tourism bureau wins Governors Award

The Heritage Corridor Convention and Visitors Bureau has been presented the Peer Award for best Media/Marketing Campaign for the “Beyond Expectations Bolingbrook” holiday campaign. Presented at the 26th Annual Illinois Governor’s Conference on Tourism, the Governor’s Awards program recognizes innovative tourism promotional and marketing initiatives from across the state.

DCVB cited

The DuPage Convention & Visitors Bureau earned the Governor’s First Place Award for its Meeting Planners Guide in the category for media kits, meeting planning and group tour guides for organizations with an operating budget over $7,000.

Rhea & Kaiser wins 23 firsts

Rhea + Kaiser—a full service, integrated marketing communications agency—won Best of Show, Advertising, for its “Aeris” campaign for Bayer CropScience at the National Agri-Marketing Association regional awards. The Naperville firm also took home 23 first place honors and 21 merits for campaigns on behalf of Bayer CropScience, Caterpillar Inc., GROWMARK inc. and Pfizer Animal Health.
