Steve Meindl--managing partner of the Oak Brook Clifton Gunderson office, a public accounting and consulting firm--has been elected chairman of the Clifton Gunderson board of directors.

Rana Sheleheda and Greg Mills have been promoted from supervisors to managers of Mulcahy, Pauritsch, Slavador & Co., Ltd., a public accounting and consulting firm.

Christie A. Tarantino has been named president and CEO of the Association Forum of Chicagoland, while Nicholas Bailey has been appointed workforce development manager.

Kurt Downham has been named vice president, commercial banking at Rosemont-based MB Financial Bank, while Diane H. Seiler has also been appointed vice president, commercial banking.

The West Suburban Chamber of Commerce and Industry has appointed the following to its board of directors: Brent Duelm, Burke Beverage; Bridgette Letizia, Greater LaGrange YMCA; Michele Johann, Cardinal Specialties; and Brian Schoditsch, Classic Party Rentals.

Richard Hayden has been appointed vice president of the urban studio of Naperville-based Hitchcock Design Group, a planning and landscape architecture firm.

Fareed A. Khan, president of USG Building Systems, has joined the board of trustees at Elmhurst College.

Max “Skip” Schrayer has been appointed president of Rolling Meadows-based Associated Agencies, Inc., an insurance brokerage firm, in addition to his duties as president of Downers Grove-based Auto and Home Insurance Agency, an affiliate of Associated Agencies, Inc.

Oak Brook-based Ace Hardware Corporation has named Rick Affolter vice president of finance and Rick Whitson vice president of retail support.
