Lois Vitt Sale has rejoined Wight & Company—a Darien-based provider of architecture, engineering and construction services—in the role of senior vice president, chief sustainability officer, while Sudesh Saraf has been named director of the newly created MEP engineering practice.

Julie L. Cibulskis, principal of Aurora-based Speers, Reuland & Cibulskis, P.C., has been named one of the “40 Illinois Attorneys Under Forty To Watch” by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company. She is the only 2009 honoree whose office is located outside of Chicago.
Western DuPage Special Recreation Association has promoted Inge Papaeliou to inclusion coordinator focusing on the communities of Napervile and Glen Ellyn. Bernie Vargas has also been named inclusion coordinator, focusing on Bloomingdale, Carol Stream, Warrenville, Roselle, West Chicago, Wheaton and Winfield.
Parke Ridge-based McLennan Commercial Properties, Inc. has appointed John W. Steffens as senior sales associate, focusing as an owner/tenant representative for industrial, retail, office and land transactions.
